Animal fat stockpile

Either add a new stockpile for it or then allow us to put it in pre-existing ones. Trash for example.

Can we add a new stockpile for Shubla C&I posts or allow us to put them in pre-existing ones? Trash for example.

(joking aside trash stockpile seems reasonable, but I agree with jorb that we should actually need traditional inventories at some point in our existence)

There are many things that require inventories. Mainly finished products.
I think raw materials like stone, metals, fat, should have stockpiles. But finished goods, such as strawdolls should not.

Fat should just be stackable and stored in a bucket as a "fluid" item.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I guess that is an option as well. But the suggestion suggested in OP is (I think) very quick and easy to implement.

Nice thing about making fat a substance is that it's one step closer to letting us fill cauldrons with fat to deep fry everything.

I want a meat stockpile. We can stockpile raw fish, why not meat?

You can not stockpile butchered fish, just whole fish. Whole raw meat stockpile is called corpse of animal.
