Palisaded Resource Node

Let players jump/climb any sort of fence/palisade etc if its not under claim, as node's are not being claimed, it will solve the entire lame going on untill a better solution is found. Climb/jumping might take 10-15 secs. Dont tell me "its a palisade, we are not suppose to climb it" (bullshit), we are jumping down and up on cliffs which are way fckn higher.

I'd rather we just remove soak from walls outside claims.
