not pictured: stone axe in the corner, crying.

left is the normie metal axe, right is the woodsman's axe.

would be cool if it was a little bigger to more boldly represent its superiority over its wood-cutting brethren.

Better dosn't always mean being bigger (and vice versa).
Look at computers in case you need an obvious example.

Now, really, who told you that?

As a rule of thumb, everything that makes life easyer and less boring/grinding for players is a great idea. Everything that makes the game harder is crap coming from sadistic tendencies of Jorbtar helped by the few players with the same kind of disorders.

Yes, because a UNIVAC is such a great computer compared to my iPod.

When it comes to being a "woodsman's axe" it does. The point is having weight to create more inertia, and thus a better bite when chopping a tree.

Other things also matter.
If the handle is fancy, made from oak, it makes you feel stronger so you can hit harder! You feel like a real lumberjack!

The best computers in the world are far, far, larger than your puny iPod.

The sarcasm is totally lost on you, isn't it? The fact I'm comparing a computer from 2009 to 1949? I have a pocket calculator from college nearly 30 years ago that is more powerful than the first early 80s desktop that I used in school. (Why I still have it, I couldn't tell you, other than I need to clean out my basement.)

The definition of sarcasm is totally lost on you, isn't it? No worries though! I'll hook you up.

As you can see it is something that is used to mock or deride, which would mean that you were mocking or deriding his true statement. Thusly, I provided a counter point. If ones intentions are to agree in a humorous fashion then perhaps one should consider not directing mockery and derision at the statement they are trying to agree with.
