 I am tired of these stupid, irrelevant claims spread here and there, simply because whose mother gave birth to the greedy troll.
 Really for 11 worlds, there were few complaints that someone takes over inexhaustible resources? I have been playing since 2010 and my patience is over. These are not 100+ quality resources for which you can cut each other’s throats, but ordinary ones, thanks to which people build their plots and houses.
 Do you put up with bots, with millions of alts, with trolls, and for normal people, is there a place in your game?

Back to the topic - I don't think the problem (if there is one) is actually about the sand. In the linked example there is a stone patch in the middle of the island. Remove the possibility to build a claim pole on sand - there is still possibility to build it on stone. In this particular situation (and many others) it wouldn't change a thing.
