Remove seeds from fruits

We should be able to just cut out the seed from a fruit, without having to eat said fruit.
I'm kinda tired of eating random fruits to get to the core or seed inside. Let us split it with an axe or something D:

Couldn't we just count the fruit as a plantable object? It solves the only problem this causes, it requires no new mechanics.

If I shove an apple in the ground it will grow just as well as shoving just the apple seed.

Unfortunately current best solution is to have alt, that doesn't require that carefully curated hunger, eat them.
