I was trying make Buddhist cross and it turns out being Nazi swastika!!

That actually would be the correct display of a flag.

All real life flags are symmetrical/mirrored, with the same element touching the pole, the same element fluttering in the wind at the opposite edge. So the flag is correct and your idea of a Buddhist cross includes the swastika from the very beginning. Your idea is bugged, not the flags.
