Add the ability to craft quill knuckles which are similar to brass knuckles except they are made from hedgehog quills (think wolverine) and inflict the 'quill'd wound when used. However when equipped, lower dexterity by 5 and can only be used ~15-20 times before wearing out and having to slip on a new set of quills to punch the baddies with.Image

Why would you ever lower dex for a combat item? That is quite literally the very definition of pointless.

Eh, turn it into agility penalty and close enuf.

Hard to work/craft things when you have giant quills strapped to your hands. They go in glove slot, not weapon slot.

Does it matter? Just take them off to craft with. Just like you don't run keep a bunch of armor equipped when crafting because you have clothes that have stat bonuses. The penalty is supposed to be appropriate to the actions you're going to use the item for. In this case, it's a weapon, so it should be a combat oriented debuff.

Unless you're proposing it has some use in crafting? But I don't see that.
