Currently if you have an axe equipped and a shovel in your tool belt, it keeps using the axe

+1 i came back for the new world after not playing a long time and forgot shovels destroy stumps faster than axes and wasted my own time :oops: :lol: this could've saved me and would help future newbs

Problem is that devs can't figure smart way of doing it as everything else is destroyed faster with axe, but they should probably just make the dirty exception check thing.

Or just make pick the best tool for destroying stumps so pick is the first choice for all destruction. Pick is better than shovel for pulling out stumps IRL anyway.

yeah idk why stumps need an adventure action and not a flower menu action. it's really feels like an arbitrary decision

This way it is consistent with how you will destroy all other objects in the game.
