Now that drinking 10L of alcohol everyday isn't needed for FEP bonuses, why not make it useful for miners, or other high energy intensive jobs.

In addition to adding nice quality scaling ability buffs, and penalties. Alcohol (and tea) could restore a small amount of energy.

Let's face the facts. Do you really think that anyone would smash rocks all day without getting smashed first? Forcing or hearthlings to mine or chop trees all day without drinking a couple cold ones before and after is just unethical.

bonus points for alcohol wound

Also, technically I suggested tea also do something similar, but don't let those tea drinking degenerates find out!

Great suggestion, very thematic that if you have a shitty job you are drunk all the time. Would also mean that we don't require invasive changes to hunger/satiation/FEP/energy system to fix the labor problem.

imo we need a new system for drinks, where when drinking during feasting it affects satiations, and when drunk anytime else (Mining, for example.) it doesn't affect any satiations but instead functions like Tea in Legacy, just restores energy rather than draining it along with restoring stamina.

Alcohol, pipeweed and narcotics must have bonuses that will force players to use them instantly, but then receive hard aftermath.
Stat bonuses is not a thing in this game anymore, will need something better
