Reduces the rate of depletion of pony power or satiation in horses. Have them decay/break with use while quality dictates the amount of wear they have not unlike symbels.

Agreed, but when they break they should stay on as a broken item, and if not removed in enough time it should damage the horse and/or reduce the speed while the shoes are still on.

And maybe the q of the shoe on the horse is effected by dex/cha/and maybe farming?

Possible failure at putting the shoe on?

I think generally speaking, i'd like the ability to equip horses in a fashion like we do ourselves(shoes, saddles, cloth, etc). I'd also like to see other implementations to allow horses back into pvp. But thats all for another thread, and has been asked before. I believe this supplements that idea of equipping your horse.
