Another Crop to That Gives Flowers

There are multiple crops that give string, multiple that give flour, but there is only one that gives flowers. It'd be nice to see another crop that yields flowers I think to even it out.

What about Calendula's?
They can be used as dye, medicine, added to soups and stews and even as tea
