Option to tune out of public realm chats.

Theres an X marker, but everytime I press it, it does nothing while in the realm claim.
W8 - Hermit
W9 - Ranger of Bleakwater > Lawspeaker of Meadhaus
W10 - Knights who say Ni founder > 404 > Rattenschlob >Lawspeaker of LT > Solaire > Lategame Hermit
W11 - Knights Solaire founder

the realm chat when not selected wont light up when a new message appears, just change whats active and you will be fine.
