Trepanning (hole in skull)

in a quest for a crazy idea (was going for a medical idea) and suddenly it hit me


sometimes very large concussions occur and thay can take awhile to fully heal
well bust out your handy dandy skull drill get a buddy and just drill a hole in your head for faster relive but will add a smaller but much longer lasting wound

wear it like hat and other hearthling chould click and use but gotta stay still or larger trepanning wound
(lol run up push someone during trepanning treatment good troll move)
both chould count as assault (so doc gotta have perms or if pusher got perms no crime)

so you would take a risk of death on a vound which will heal just fine without any treatment? Are we really playing the same game? LOL

The survival rate was high and the infection rate was low of this procedure.

It was fucked and silly but it wasn't as bad as you want it to be.
