An insulated Container

Postby Vassteel » Mon Mar 11, 2019 11:20 am

TLDR a container that keeps cold things cold.

So i was thinking it would be nice to have a container that could extend the shelf life of cold items Cold Compress's, Fruit Sorbet, maybe snowballs too.

It is a chest made from Boards, Boneglue, Glass, Rope, and a large amount of something insulative. possibly feathers but hay would work as well for this purpose.
The idea here is that within the chest is an insulating material surrounding a glass container. It would have the same amount of inventory space as a normal chest.

the way it would work is that you would place the items you want kept cold in the container in addition to some snow and over time this snow gets consumed but in doing so the shelf life of the item being kept cold gets extended or reset.
