Why are pigs and sheeps ql10 when you tame them, but you can just go and take ql 80 chickens to your coop?
I think that wild chicken should be q10 or then alternatively, tamed animals should have varying qualities.

I'd argue that the main reason would be that starting with q100 milk is a bit too fast. Chicken OTOH don't affect the economy to the same extent and don't naturally spawn with as high qualities as tamable animals. I also suspect that q80 in OP is out of the arse number (unless we are talking about "just go and pick it from your neighbour's coop").
