Maximum number of new topics per day for an account

Sometimes when i come to see what's new on forum, i see that all the active topics from yesterday are dead with no conclusion, and the forum is spammed with ehm . . less than interesting . . topics, usually made by ONE AND THE SAME person.
I guess that's kinda against free speech + anyone can make multiple accounts, but that would at least make it harder to spam the forums up.
Even if someone has a bunch of great ideas, posting them all at once just makes some of them disappear into the abyss of second page.

For every good idea, there will be a plenty of bad ones.
Its not a good idea to limit people posting their ideas, as even bad ideas conceive good ideas, when someone reads about a bad idea.

Forum has buttons in bottom that you can use to move between pages.
There is also "view new posts" and "view active topics" button on the top bar.
You can use these to read all new posts on any subforums without issues.
