Seal skeletons should be bashable

I don't want to get seal fingers for some low quality bones, I'm okay with bashing them but it's impossible for some reason, pls fix

I think jorb reduced wound rate without mentioning in general with seals, but yea should still be possible.

Prob cuz u started wearing gloves or something, im getting seal fingers like 10/10 times
