Captain of the Ship Charisma-Will Modifier

Currently, attempting to teleporting a knarr back to its home dock inflicts travel weariness on not just the captain of the ship, but the entire crew too. If even one passenger cannot make the trip, the knarr will be unable to teleport. In my opinion, this limitation is a little bit harsh. While I understand why there might be reasons for this limitation, such as preventing people from instantly teleporting their characters across the entire world at no cost to themselves, I believe there is room for compromise. Thus:

Passengers should receive a bonus modifier to their Will (or reduced travel cost, functionally the same thing), based off of the captain's Charisma. This would give another use to Charisma, while still retaining a cost for passengers. A highly charismatic captain should be able to convince his crew to give 110% effort on those long journeys, after all.

Or let travel weariness go over 100%, gives you an injury in exchange for overusing, and you get a debuff that doesn't go away until your travel weariness drops back to 0% that stops you from traveling.

Or yk you could just deal with it lol.

I like where this is going.
