Cave angler scales have no special uses..

Fish-scale mail: 8 cave angler scales, 4 string
deflection/absorb: 10/10
+15 swimming, +5 stealth

we mentioned this one pretty much immediately after the cave angler was introduced, not sure if Jorbtar liked the idea, but i think it was bounced around for a bit. Mightve ended up just being one for the "list" that theyll get to eventually.
