Most of the skills could be assigned to credos

Thus giving an interesting depth to credos acquiring .
Now everyone can build anything and the only difference is in quality grinding so specialization is required for rapid development.
Assigning some high end skills to relative credos could encourage interaction - trading and feel of depth in progression.
More credos could be added like architect, whitch you would need to build great hall and windmill for example, or sailor man for building knarr etc. and similar other for end game structures and items.
One would say that it encourages alts, but this already happens. And hermits would not have any serious impact since we do things at a slower pace anyway. :D
Lots could be said on this I think.

Credos are the worst.
They are boring, grindy af.
In my opinion they should be, if not removed, made at least a lot less grindy.

Reason why they are grindy is just the amount of them being so large, and amount of quests increasing so much.

Assigning skills to credos would be worst thing ever.

It is not going to encourage interaction.
Instead, people who bot and play the game 16 hours every day in big villages full of people who play 16 hours a day will get even bigger advantage to more casual players. And they are not going to sell their skills for fair price, but instead ask hats and subtokens or not sell them to others at all, because then they would lose their op advantage.
