Quest Success/Failure Notification

Postby Audiosmurf » Wed Apr 03, 2019 3:51 pm

Something I noted early on, when people were killing questgivers left and right, but kinda forgot to make a thread on.

Could we get a system notification for success/failure of a quest? If you log in to multiple notifications, such as completing a study quest for a credo and failing a quest due to a dead questgiver simultaneously, they overlap and it makes it basically impossible to parse what the second notification was.

Open quest list, go to completed tab, select several last quests.
Give a man a game engine and he delivers a game. Teach a man how to make a game engine and he never delivers anything.

Still, would be nice if such messages would pop up in the system message channel.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
