Reemergence of Bacon

This has been suggested a few times before.

Bacon. In all of its glory.

For recipe I'd suggest pig meat with butter. Variable here being the milk used to make the butter (obviously).
Spices optional.

I'm going to be bold and suggest it could be a low str+2 food with charisma or constitution +1.

All in the hopes of greater variety.
Also as mentioned previously, bacon then could be used to wrap chicken or added to omlettes.

While I personally agree, I don't think we need an extra byproduct for butchering. That's the reason why I suggested the recipe.

Can't pigs (and other large animals) give "fatty cuts"? If these were tracked by animal type like meat was, and if smoked or cured, maybe even just allow domestic pig ones to be used, could turn into bacon. No need for anything extra from the animal.
