Clapping should cost stamina

Make clapping cost stamina but the more constitution you have the longer you could clap. Also you can't drink while clapping because your hands are busy clapping.

They should make the clapping sound, but only on the client the character wearing it is logged in with.

People would make clap alts with super high constitution and troll belts full of water jugs.
