Multi-Monitor Support

Since the haven client is in the middle of a re-write, I was wondering if it would be too difficult to allow the game to make use of multiple monitors via stretching, or possibly at least let us move our drag-able HUD items into a nearby screen

Overall the support for monitors with high DPI or weird aspect ratios should be added.
