Treeplanter's Pot: Fill From Stockpile

Let us right click dirt stockpiles with treeplanter pots or even garden pots to fill them. Let us click barrels for either as well(may be the case already for this one, not sure).

At least implement mass move (like some clients allow to put all of a kind from inventory into a fluid storage (seeds into a barrel, soil into gardening pots) so that filling soil into a treeplanter pot is one click instead of four.
