Remove tresspassing in boats

I've been planning of spamming rivers full of pclaims and then drop them full of dugouts, to show devs that something should be done to address the tresspassing issue. (And issue of blocking rivers easily by pclaim and dugouts)

@jorb, @loftar: Since you can no longer ruin a node by harvesting it (acre clay excepted), what's the point of vandalism on clay and soil nodes?

If you refer to ball clay - it's not vandalism, it's theft.

It used to be vandalism... It's hard trying to remember all the rules changes off the top of my head, and tedious to try to look them up. Does it change the point I am trying to make?

It's an island base of known raiders at (14,-106), and soon after I tresspassed on one of these claims, they showed up and stole some junk I had lying in the knarr.

How'd they steal stuff out of the knarr? I thought it being locked prevents it from being accessed by anyone lacking a key? (It's entirely possible I'm just ignorant of the mechanic when it comes to steal from knarrs.)

Locking the knarr just prevents sailing from knarr, not accessing it's cargo. Also dumb, yeah

Tresspassing should be removed completely, even when going by foot.
