This will only bring drama and incite shitstorms. The only arguably positive thing is to give some pseudo-closure to scrubs who's been wronged by some or the other mighty one, that incidentally got clumsy and fallen from grace (i.e. got banned). Not worth it.

Have to agree with this one. The civilized world has eliminated public executions for a reason. That's what this amounts to.
