Carts should be able to move over hearth fires

Buddies who tp back with cart active get their cart stuck, why cant carts move over the fires?

Known issue. Not easily resolved at this time. Please plan accordingly when laying out your hearth fires.

Hrm. Horses can go through hearthfires, I don't think its much of a stretch to give carts the same capability.

But hearthlings don't go through carts, which can't be shoo'd.
Not being able to put a cart on a fire sounds like a good thing.
