Bricks in buildings constr.

Let us also use bricks for building construction so we can get nice things like this ! :mrgreen:

Planned addition with the custom building mechanics as far as I'm aware. At least, that's why I recall reading from a couple years ago last time I saw bricks and color in buildings mentioned. The thing is we need to wait on that to get done first.
