Reduce kingdom bonus cooldown

Since we have lost all bonuses, why not decrease the cooldown on the kingdom enacting to like 1h ig for the easter weekend?

It's hilarious that the only dev posts about this issue were Jorb saying they'll fix it and then loftar memeing and not fixing it.

Good proposal if the current problem cannot be rolled back. Let's keep the discussion on this to one place, though. We have now three different threads on the matter--one here, one in bugs, and one in the Announcements. My suggestion is either Bugs or the Announcements thread, but certainly not here (and it was already suggested to loftar in both places).

The bug as such has been fixed, but you will need to reenact the buffs. Apologies.
