the minimum travel weariness of roads is 5%, this is regardless of if i have 10 will or 1000 will.
The minimum should scale with will increase, comparing the scenario of 10 will to 1000 will, the character with 100 will would have to sleep longer than the character with 10 just to get to the 5% reduction to use the minimum travel distance again.
also there's a bug with hearthing compared to knarr, ported home from the other side of the map on knarr: 10k weariness, hearthed home from same distance: 50-something% to 82%. doesn't add up.
