Let people log out or switch characters while outlawed

Right now, you can only "log off" on an outlawed character by closing the client completely. Why not let people log off normally but have a pop up saying "If you log off now, your character will remain online because he is outlawed. Is this ok? "

It would be less annoying to click yes than to restart the client every time you want to switch character or account, imo.

Currently you can go to sleep but yea, you should be able to switch characters without bed/closing client.

That's not the fix for this problem, but a workaround.
