New Masonry Gild Clothing: Gnome Cap

How do we have a plant called Gnome Cap and it not have the ability to be made into an actual piece of clothing? We need Gnome Caps with masonry/strength gilding slots! The Gnome Cap item should be made using the spores of this mushroom, cloth, cave dust, and an Irrlight. It should have a little glowing bobble on the tip of the cap (the captive Irrlight)
