The differences:
Hookahs use charcoal to keep them going, bongs need to be constantly relit.
Bong has no hose, hookah always has 1 or more hoses.
Bong has carburetor, hookah doesn't.

Also, now that we have hookahs? We really need the ability to create shisha by mixing honey, tobacco, and herbs. To what effect? Who knows, but I wants it.
