It's difficult to tell what drinks reduce which satiations just by drinking them. The several categories begin to move very quickly once you start drinking. Drink's satiation itself moves one way, the categories it reduces move the other; on top of that i'm unsure if that drink will reduce any of my current satiations at all until I try it.
Having the drink highlight the categories it reduces, similiar to how food highlights the categories it uses, would be a big help.
