Cutthroat Cuisse: Hardleather Leggings

Would be cool to add a hardleather legging counterpart to the Cutthroat Cuirass. Could be called the Cutthroat Cuisse.

i suggest you make your idea useless so it has a better chance of making it in.

some alternative for leg armor could be useful, knowing that the current best leg armor requires steel
