archery targets grant a bonus

Just a thought but maybe archery targets should grant an accuracy bonus to you for maybe 30 mins to an hour based on your score. A lot of people say marksmanship is useless for hunting anyway...... this might be a way to counter that and give the target a non quest purpose.

Definitely, an interesting idea, though I'd treat it like a 'In the Fog' buff. You spend time practicing, you build up the buff, with the buff lasting from 30 minutes to x # of hours. Hunting takes time, and anything less than an hour or two would be generally worthless.
