it would be kinda like realm buffs but it changes every so often on a predictable schedule. So if you need another 20 str to dig through that rock you can always wait till minesday or what not. The idea is that if you add bonuses available only at certain times people with similar interests will be more likely to be on then. fighters hunters farmers miners etc.
