Unload coal from tar kilns with wheelbarrow

Basically, title. It sucks ass to remove coal piece by piece. Make it so wheelbarrow removes stockpile at a time, please.

As someone was kind enough to dig a few of the previous threads on it up, I'll use their post.
Devs are aware of the request. My understanding is that there isn't much to be done about it at this time.
