inspect window for animals should show neutered and lactating when applicable.

I agree. A kind of in game journal of the different animals would be nice. Bringing up several Windows at one time gets messy.

i would actually love it if we could designate a pasture and some object around the pasture would allow you to see a list view with all information, sortable, etc and display the names over the heads of all animals and allow renaming as well but wew lad that's a lot of UI
