Aquaducts when? i'm tried to taking a road to my good quality water once a week. 
+1 to the idea. I would like to see a bit of an increase in the tech level of Haven. Some very basic plumbing has been around since at least the iron age, even if we haven't had indoor plumbing until the last 100-150 years or so.

That's an excellent idea- You could even just expand it to any liquid that can go in a cistern.
It's not even out of scope of the level of technology in the game-even low tech settlements and IRL history has forms of this surprisingly early on.
