Harvesting local resource on VClaim could use logic

I've just found a salt spot on a VClaim and only after I've spent 2 minutes harvesting it I got the message that the thing is owned by the village preventing me from harvesting it.

Switch it around so it first tells you that you can't harvest without leaving scents, please.

Or remove the CD.
Everytime I find something that doesn't make sense I can almost see Jorb grinning and mumbling to himself: "working as intended."

Why? Cause he wasted two minutes without criminal acts on to learn that "nope, can't touch this!" You certainly don't get told "Nope, can't break that!" after spending 10 minutes bashing on a wall.

As far as the timer goes... several requests have been made to drop it lower.

Probably worth saying small, easy to change constants are often the best improvements. The check for vandalism (theft? forget) may not be quite so easy as the timer, but should still be an "easy" fix (a few hours at most).
