Single use "troll eye"

There should be a somewhat rare item that works as kind of single use troll eye. You peer into it and see from an existing troll's third eye and it breaks after one use. Maybe an eagle owl eye or a cave angler light?

I'd prefer to bound it to some druidic or shaman mechanics, that will allow you to craft special symbolic item(which is actually can be a curio), and when you will be crazy high of opim or hemp - you will be able to use it and peer into troll's eye or create a spirit of your own that can fly fast over all territories for short period of time.
