I support this 100%

  • The formula for calculating HP is presently 100*√(CON/10). Combat damage, demolition damage, and HP calculations all use a square root. We rework the scaling of combat damage, demolition damage, and HP, to use a 4th root, rather than a square root, i.e. your HP would be 100*∜(CON/10). By way of example, 5k con would give ~472 HP under the suggested paradigm, rather than ~2236 HP as presently. We heal everyone on first login under the new system.

That seems like a bit much, and I agree with the poster who said that most players will have no reason to even try raising con. Maybe fix stat inflation so people don't end up with 10,000 attributes so easily instead (no quick ideas about that though)

Not obviously, I think. Why?

Not off the top of my head, at least.

If this change goes through (over all I do like it even suggested ways to do this and not do it this way), but I mean symbol could go back to how it was and q could scale it when to comes to %, bon-fires could be buffed to try and encourage social eating a bit again.

Salt might need a nerf and could be ground so its close to pepper also allow it to be used as a spice ect... but that is just an option.

doing it by 3 vs 4 for the times thing, could ease up and give a chance for it to be worth more to some.

Theres more that could be talked about, but as it is I am ok and willing to run with it. See how it plays how. Might be better past a bit o botting, but that likely happens as is.

Just curious, maybe you forgot to mention.

Maybe, if you add more colors for sketches

Any numbers you can throw at us for how much this will effect siege? palibashing? ram usage?

Also how will this effect archery?

Will any injuries be nerfed to balance? Something like bum burn seems much more dangerous now?
