Note: some of this should probably be implemented before next world's first winter so less sprucecaps get bored and leave.
I've heard a few people complain they had nothing to do during winter. Here are some solutions:
- Winter exclusive dungeons (I already suggested this elsewhere but I'm reposting it because it seems like a good solution to winter boredom)
- Winter exclusive forageables (Maybe every season could have one and combining all four would create a top tier curio?)
- Winter exclusive animals to hunt (Abominable snowmen, maybe?)
- One or two hardy crops that grow exclusively in winter or at least survive winter
- Evergreens should still produce seeds
- It should be possible to mine ice and pave with it to create slippery ground. This way, we could make super cool ice rinks! It should probably melt after winter except on mountains. Building with it should also be possible (Imagine the pretty ice castles!) but things built with it should take damage once winter ends.
-Ice skates?
-Winter exclusive fish that could only be obtained by ice fishing
