I think if you eat the same type of food more than 3 times in a day, your character should just die.

Or maybe like just some really bad wounds like diabetes or stomach ulcers.

Don't forget that there's just going to be some foods that nobody ever makes because they're just bad, even for 3 or 4 day old characters.

I don't think that characters should die for this. instead, if you eat too much of the same thing (3 is good) your character should puke and lose all stat gains that were gained from eating within 24h.
