NIdbane improvement

Currently, if people get sent nidbanes, they just log on and kill them, how boring.
But what if nidbanes didn't instantly attack you? But instead, they would follow you for random time when you are logged in, invulnerable. And then they would attack you and become vulnerable.

Then they would be way more "dangerous" or at least a nuisance than what they currently are for pro players.

This actually something worth considering.
The most actively maintained Haven and Hearth Wiki (Not guaranteed to be up-to-date with all w14 changes.)

Basic Claim Safety (And what you’re doing wrong) (I recommend you read it in it's entirety, but TL:;DR: Build a Palisade.)

Combat Guide (Overview, PVE, PVP) (Tells you how to try and escape, and make it less likely to die when caught.)

I don't quite understand why this would make them significantly different than they currently are, just by following you around for a bit before attacking.

You would have to be constantly ready to fight them, and it would make things involving fighting a bit more dangerous, as the nidbane may engage at any time. Currently it is very likely that you are just logged off when nidbane comes.

Better idea: we should be able to attach parchments to nidbanes to call our opponent's mommas fat. We should also be able to romance and marry nidbanes. :oops:

So it's better option that nidbanes are just useless and noobs have no way of getting their revenge?

change nidbanes to be a preventive action they protect x tiles in a village/pclaim and any crimes commited on said claim makes them rush to the area and attack the aggressor. sieging should not make the nidbanes aggressive up until the point the siege engine gets used on wall. how many nidbanes and how long they stay is up for debate.
