"Needled I, III, IV" in cloth descriptions

Any description on gilded cloth that shows the needles used (and possibly the song sang) would be good.
Or at least add the delay for the needle to repair closed cloth.
Right now - there's no way to ensure there weren't needles used otherwise than needling it. Too expensive for checking purposes.
