A bit to much of "You cannot plant crops in frozen ground."

I think its a bit much that where-ever you right-click with a seed on your cursor you get the message "You cannot plant crops in frozen ground."

In some cased it makes more sens to see "No, no, no ... You cannot plant crops in cupboard, house or on pavement ..."

we clearly need a crop that only grows on pavement

And stockpile it on plowed ground only.
