With Continents now having "id's"

Quests should upgrade the quality of the whole continent rather than "Local"


Also, remove LP gain from quests!

make it so quests benefit the realm its in. would be a better option tbh.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

We are having a discussion along similar lines with the buffs for localised resources. The issue thay was brought up is that it is allready better to leave a good realm up if it gives better buffs.

Buffing then continent disattatches it from that mechanic.

About quest. If all remember, we have global cap for quests 3per real day. So improve local res is real shit in First month of Lp race.
